About the Role

The Marketing Program Manager transforms strategy into market impact by developing and executing integrated growth marketing programs that accelerate demand, strengthen customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role brings go-to-market strategies to life through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes, with a strong focus on end-user marketing and engaging decision-makers within Fortune 500 enterprises and Public Sector organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic marketing priorities into integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Develop campaign plans including audience segmentation, messaging, channels, content strategy, activation tactics, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Lead campaign execution across digital marketing, paid media, email, events, social media, partner marketing, public relations, and sales enablement.
  • Manage campaign calendars, launch readiness, creative development, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across marketing, creative, digital, operations, agencies, communications, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate agency partners and external vendors when required.
  • Partners with Sales, Channel, and Commercial leaders to align marketing programs with business priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Develop targeted programs supporting account growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and installed-base penetration.
  • Build sales enablement tools and customer engagement assets that improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Design scalable marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and customer engagement across priority industries and customer segments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion throughout the customer journey using data, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives, customer lifecycle marketing, and demand generation programs.
  • Apply growth marketing principles including A/B testing, performance optimization, audience segmentation, and campaign measurement.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using marketing and commercial performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement to generate actionable recommendations.
  • Present campaign results, lessons learned, and optimization opportunities to marketing and business leadership.
  • Continuously improve marketing programs through testing, experimentation, and best-practice adoption.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management.
  • Experience partnering with Commercial and Sales organizations to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated success executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple complex marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Experience marketing technology, software, industrial automation, energy, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and growth marketing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience managing creative and digital agencies.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering award-winning or industry-recognized marketing campaigns.
