Behavioral Innovations is seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team at the Oak Hill Treatment Center in Austin, Texas. We are a leading provider of ABA therapy services with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy services.
- Create meaningful change and deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
- Utilize automated clinical tools and established clinical practices.
- Interact and collaborate with RBTs, providing support and guidance.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
