About the Role

The North America Reservations Coordinator provides essential support to Trade and Retail sales teams by managing availability checks, bookings, rate confirmations, and travel documentation, ensuring the booking process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide booking support for North America Trade and Retail sellers across various partner portals, including securing services and updating iVector.
  • Deliver on-request rate confirmations and availability checks for North America Trade and Retail sellers via partner portals.
  • Update rates on booked files in iVector and loop in North America Trade and Retail sellers accordingly.
  • Generate vouchers, add pick-up times, and flesh out travel documents for North America Trade and Retail sellers, with support from the Sales Support Coordinators.
  • Communicate regularly during business hours with North America Trade and Retail sellers via Teams, phone, video calls, and email regarding product, documentation, and bookings.
  • Attend external meetings and join calls with North American suppliers.
  • Attend weekly team meetings for the Americas.
  • Attend weekly check-ins with the Goway DMC team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a reservations, bookings, or travel administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation and rate accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging suppliers and sellers directly.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

  • $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year, plus bonus
