About the Role
We are looking for someone to manage greyspace capacity across sites, tracking allocation against design as builds evolve, and building source-of-truth views for design, delivery, and operations teams. This role involves analyzing trade-offs when programs compete for space or capacity.

- Build source-of-truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to answer whether it fits.
- Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom.
Requirements
- Experience in capacity or space planning for data centers, industrial plants, or utilities.
- Comfortable working with drawings and single-lines, as well as spreadsheets.
- Experience building capacity models that identified a real constraint early.
- Ability to keep a source of truth current across many concurrent changes.
- Ability to present a constraint with options attached.
