About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own QA across capacity delivery engineering, ensuring design deliverables are checked before they hit the field.
• Build the QA program for a productized build, embedding checklists, hold points, and acceptance criteria into the reference design.
• Audit vendor and field quality against specifications and drive nonconformances to closed root cause.
• Feed quality lessons back into the design process to prevent future mistakes.

Requirements

• Experience running QA or QC on large construction or infrastructure engineering programs.
• Proven ability to identify expensive errors on paper and articulate the associated risks.
• Experience writing inspection and test plans that are followed by crews.
• Track record of closing NCRs at root cause rather than addressing symptoms.
• Ability to uphold quality standards without compromising project schedules.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical builds is a plus.
• ISO 9001 program experience is a plus.
• Commissioning interface experience is a plus.
• Owner-side QA experience is a plus.
