About the Role

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to expanding human freedom through AI.

Responsibilities

• Run projects deploying robotics into live sites and factories, including pilots, installations, and scale-up.
• Coordinate robot vendors, integrators, and site teams from initial survey to steady-state operation.
• Own the deployment playbook, covering safety, commissioning, training, and support.
• Track post-go-live performance and make decisions on underperforming cells.

Requirements

• Experience deploying robotics, automation cells, or heavy equipment into operating environments.
• Experience managing integrator and vendor scopes against defined acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety reviews.
• Experience turning a pilot project into a repeatable rollout kit.
• Experience measuring and acting on post-deployment reality, uptime, and throughput.
