About the Role

Build the pipelines that pull every system the company runs on, ERP, ATS, project management, construction software, telemetry, into one queryable layer. Own the data model behind the company's live knowledge graph: entities for sites, equipment, schedules, and people that tools and agents build on. Ship datasets and services with SLAs that internal tools, dashboards, and ML models depend on daily. Turn messy vendor and field data, PDFs, spreadsheets, exports, into structured, trustworthy inputs.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines to integrate company systems (ERP, ATS, project management, construction software, telemetry) into a queryable layer.
• Own the data model for the company's live knowledge graph, including entities for sites, equipment, schedules, and people.
• Ship datasets and services with SLAs for internal tools, dashboards, and ML models.
• Transform unstructured data (vendor and field data, PDFs, spreadsheets, exports) into structured, trustworthy inputs.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating production data pipelines used by other teams' products.
• Experience modeling a real-world domain into schemas that adapt to business changes.
• Treats data quality as an engineering problem, implementing tests, monitoring, and lineage.
• Experience extracting structure from unstructured sources.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and modern data stacks efficiently.
• Experience with Postgres, dbt, or warehouse internals (bonus).
• Experience with streaming and eventing (bonus).
• Experience with LLM-based extraction (bonus).
• Experience with construction, manufacturing, or supply chain data (bonus).
