About the Role
Perform deep-dive data analyses on key business trends, collect, organize, and transform data, and identify key metrics to drive the building of executive-facing dashboards. Engage in problem-solving with Risk, Product, and Marketing teams to determine performance trends and root causes. Support new product launches by establishing test and control plans and ensuring constant monitoring is in place to track product performance. Create close relationships with stakeholders to anticipate and answer questions that might be asked by executives.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analyses on key business trends from multiple perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations.
- Collect, organize, and transform data to make it visually appealing and simple to both navigate and comprehend for end-users.
- Identify key metrics and drive the building of executive-facing dashboards to track the progress of the business and its highest priority initiatives.
- Track key business levers, establish cause and effect, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Engage in problem-solving with Risk, Product, and Marketing teams to determine performance trends and root causes.
- Support new product launches by establishing test and control plans and ensuring constant monitoring is in place to track product performance.
- Create close relationships with stakeholders to anticipate and answer questions that might be asked by executives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field such as Information Science plus four years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
