About the Role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 1st to 4th year Associate in the Real Estate Practice of our San Francisco office. The Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development.
- Large firm experience preferred.
- Strong academic background.
- Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to take on significant project responsibility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
- Good standing with the CA State Bar.
