About the Role

This role provides the autonomy of private practice with the support of a larger network, allowing you to lead patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day with purpose, starting each morning with a team huddle for alignment.
- Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
- Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate tailored treatment plans.
- Empower the team through effective delegation to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
- Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
- Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
- Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
