About the Role

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating, delivering, and coordinating all marketing and promotional activities within Pipecare Holdings. This role supports the senior management, business development team, and marketing agency to enhance the company's profile and branding, driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development of the Pipecare brand and marketing activities.
• Proactively manage the brand, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Contribute to the design, development, and creation of marketing plans, strategies, materials, and campaigns.
• Maintain the website and perform ongoing search engine optimization.
• Contribute to social media content planning.
• Coordinate internal and external marketing communications consistent with business strategy.
• Act as custodian of all marketing, promotional, and presentational materials, including sales literature, datasheets, presentations, newsletters, and branding applications.
• Assist in managing PR and media opportunities with the marketing agency.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of marketing materials.
• Undertake market research and intelligence gathering for business development.
• Manage business events that support the marketing strategy.
• Serve as the point of contact for all internal and external marketing queries.
• Support and facilitate the building of the Company CRM database, ensuring its completeness, accuracy, and maintenance.
• Lead the seasonal Greetings Campaign targeting key strategic clients.
• Complete all marketing administrative work and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to engage with all stakeholder levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate in all Microsoft Packages.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within refinery or plant environments and accessing elevated platforms.
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required.
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations.
