About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Enablement Analyst, Data Center Operations to focus on analyzing how operations are performed, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, and enabling teams through the most effective mechanisms. This role will work directly with technicians, engineers, security, and compliance partners to observe and assess real-world execution across the data center lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiency
  • Influence outcomes by applying structured thinking, sound judgment, and a close partnership with subject matter experts
  • Ensure operational practices are clearly defined, well understood, and ready to scale
  • Leverage modern tooling, including AI and LLM-based workflows, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and enablement, with final outputs validated through real-world operational expertise
  • Support physical security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentation
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanism
  • Support onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materials
  • Identify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriate
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvements
  • Ensure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environments
  • Strong track record creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teams
  • Experienced in data center operations or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Systems thinker, driven to solve fragmented and inconsistent processes by architecting cohesive, standardized documentation across multiple regions and teams
  • Passionate about improving operational efficiency and elevating the company's operational posture for global scale
  • Naturally inclined to identify and build systems to transform unnecessary complexity into clear, actionable, and user-friendly procedures
  • Possess deep curiosity about complex infrastructure and are dedicated to simplifying and driving clarity into daily operations
  • Recognize and prioritize high-quality documentation as the foundation of a world-class training and onboarding program
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information without authorization, or eligible and likely to obtain required export authorization.
