About the Role

This is a high-visibility leadership role at the heart of DoorDash's Enterprise business. As a people leader, you'll coach, mentor, and advise a group of Account Managers, helping them grow into stronger operators and leaders. You'll own executive relationships with some of DoorDash's largest and most strategic restaurant brands, engaging directly with VP and C-Suite stakeholders to shape long-term partnership strategy and business priorities. You'll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Engineering, S&O, and Business Development, helping determine which products and services are right for our Enterprise merchants and shaping our go-to-market plans. Success in this role demands exceptional executive presence, outstanding communication skills, and sharp problem-solving abilities; along with a deep commitment to representing a critical voice of DoorDash to the merchants we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop a team of Account Managers, helping them grow into stronger strategic advisors for their own accounts
  • Own executive relationships with a portfolio of DoorDash's top Enterprise restaurant brands, engaging directly with VP and C-Suite leaders
  • Serve as a critical voice of DoorDash to merchants, representing the company's strategy and values in every high-stakes conversation
  • Contribute to team culture and people development across the Enterprise org through mentorship, hiring, and leadership

  • $171,400—$252,000 USD (Total On-Target Earnings)
