About the Role
COTA is hiring Grand Opening CREW Members to shape the operations of COTALAND before its official opening. This role involves commissioning rides, preparing service areas, stocking inventory, and running practice scenarios, influencing future operational standards. You will also receive training in guest experience and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Commission rides
- Prepare kitchens, dining rooms, and retail stores
- Stock inventory
- Run practice scenarios
- Take and fill orders
- Keep dining areas clean and guest-ready
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
- Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events
