About the Role

COTA is hiring initial Grand Opening CREW Members to shape the operations of COTALAND before its official opening. This role involves commissioning rides, preparing facilities, stocking inventory, and running practice scenarios, influencing future operational standards. Crew members will receive training in guest experience and operational support. Upon park opening, they will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

Operate rides and attractions across the park.
Keep guests safe.
Ensure guests have a great time.
Commission rides.
Prepare kitchens, dining rooms, and retail stores.
Stock inventory.
Run practice scenarios.
Influence the operation and standards for future crew members.
Provide training and development opportunities in guest experience and training others.
Support the overall operation of the park.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
