About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical, deeply connected Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the data center market. Operating remotely out of Texas, this individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our core portfolio of power solutions—specifically power transformers, distribution transformers (oil and dry), reactive power compensation, and harmonic mitigation systems. The ideal candidate already possesses a robust network of data center developers, consulting engineers, and Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Management (EPCM) firms within the Texas and overall data center market.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close large-scale infrastructure projects within the Texas data center market, leveraging these opportunities for broader data center segment growth.
  • Serve as the sales lead for the application of power and distribution transformers, harmonic filters, and reactive power compensation equipment for mission-critical facilities.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers, including end-users (hyperscalers, colocation providers), electrical contractors, specifying engineers, and EPCs and EPCMs.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles from initial design/specification through bidding, procurement, and delivery.
  • Provide ground-level feedback on competitor pricing, lead times, and emerging technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure proposals meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of successful B2B technical sales experience in the commercial/industrial electrical industry.
  • A proven track record of selling medium/high voltage power equipment, specifically into the data center market.
  • Deep understanding of power distribution, power quality (harmonics, power factor), and the ability to interpret single-line electrical diagrams.
  • Active relationships with major Texas-based data center developers, EPC and EPCMs, and specialized electrical contractors.
  • Ability to travel extensively to US data center stakeholders, with occasional travel to corporate headquarters or manufacturing facilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, managing a territory effectively.
  • Strong written & verbal communications skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
