About the Role
Visa’s North America Value-Added Services (VAS) team seeks a high-impact Analyst to drive analysis, sales operations, enablement, and automation. This is a hands-on role focused on using AI, automation, and analytics to create dashboards, materials, workflows, and analyses that improve efficiency and decision-making for sales and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, pipeline, revenue, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build repeatable and scalable analyses to inform go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and execution.
- Translate data into clear, compelling insights for sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales Ops, GTM, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure analysis is relevant and actionable.
- Design and build AI-powered agents, automations, and workflows to eliminate manual work.
- Leverage AI tools to support analysis, content creation, summarization, and knowledge management.
- Automate recurring reporting, intake processes, and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to simplify work for other teams.
- Improve post-sales intake, onboarding, and downstream processes to reduce friction.
- Define, document, and automate post-sales intake flows.
- Clarify and articulate handoffs between teams to prevent delays.
- Identify and solve for gaps, redundancies, or manual steps that slow activation and revenue realization.
- Build tooling, workflows, or AI-enabled support to guide teams through post-sales processes.
- Develop dashboards to measure cycle times, bottlenecks, and progress from deal close to revenue.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement to ensure sellers understand post-sales processes.
- Support B2B demand generation and digital sales lead processes end-to-end.
- Define and document lead intake, routing, follow-up expectations, and seller workflows.
- Track lead process adherence and surface gaps or friction points.
- Support seller enablement by clarifying post-lead generation processes.
- Assist in developing reporting and dashboards to monitor lead flow and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead process efficiency and seller adoption.
- Turn data, analysis, and complex ideas into clear stories for sales teams and senior leaders.
- Create polished materials (slides, one-pagers, dashboards) for executive audiences.
- Help shape the narrative of what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; comfort working with large, messy datasets.
- Experience building analyses using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow builders.
- Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, copilots, or automation solutions.
- Strong storytelling skills — ability to explain complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Highly organized, action-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Curious, scrappy, and eager to learn — with a mindset of “how can this be easier or faster?”
- Requires at least 3 days in office; expectations confirmed by Hiring Manager.
- Requires travel 5-10% of the time.
- Position will be performed in an office setting.
- Position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
