This is a hands-on role focused on using AI, automation, and analytics to create dashboards, materials, workflows, and analyses that improve efficiency and decision-making for sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build repeatable and scalable analyses to inform go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and execution.
  • Translate data into clear, compelling insights for sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, GTM, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure analysis is relevant and actionable.
  • Design and build AI-powered agents, automations, and workflows to eliminate manual work.
  • Leverage AI tools to support analysis, content creation, summarization, and knowledge management.
  • Automate recurring reporting, intake processes, and operational workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to simplify work for other teams.
  • Improve post-sales intake, onboarding, and downstream processes to reduce friction.
  • Define, document, and automate post-sales intake flows.
  • Clarify and articulate handoffs between teams to prevent delays.
  • Identify and solve for gaps, redundancies, or manual steps that slow activation and revenue realization.
  • Build tooling, workflows, or AI-enabled support to guide teams through post-sales processes.
  • Develop dashboards to measure cycle times, bottlenecks, and progress from deal close to revenue.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement to ensure sellers understand post-sales processes.
  • Support B2B demand generation and digital sales lead processes end-to-end.
  • Define and document lead intake, routing, follow-up expectations, and seller workflows.
  • Track lead process adherence and surface gaps or friction points.
  • Support seller enablement by clarifying post-lead generation processes.
  • Assist in developing reporting and dashboards to monitor lead flow and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead process efficiency and seller adoption.
  • Turn data, analysis, and complex ideas into clear stories for sales teams and senior leaders.
  • Create polished materials (slides, one-pagers, dashboards) for executive audiences.
  • Help shape the narrative of what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
