About the Role
This role provides operational support to teams across Canada Operations, working closely with internal business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of documents, reports, and communications in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Sort, verify, and distribute system-generated reports to internal business partners
- Prepare physical documents for scanning and digital retention
- Review time-sensitive client and advisor communications prior to distribution
- Reconcile and distribute system-generated cheques
- Assemble Life Insurance policy contracts in both paper and digital formats
- Monitor and manage a shared team mailbox
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, as required
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Reliability Status security clearance

Salary/Compensations
- $39,000 - $41,500 annually
