About the Role

The Product Integrations & Customer Success Manager will lead customer integration activities from sales to go-live, supporting strategic accounts and complex integrations by partnering with sales and account management teams. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences, recommend integration solutions, and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves indirect people management, acting as a coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, including gathering requirements, scoping, configuring systems, and running functional testing.
  • Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly and professionally.
  • Review business and customer processes to identify and recommend new integration solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management by providing product and technical expertise during the pre-sales and sales process.
  • Act as a conduit between internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and competing demands.
  • Run online product demonstrations and customer training.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on internal systems and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the product team to support new product features, enhancements, and launches.
  • Act as a coach or mentor to other team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing API/SFTP B2B technology solutions, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build advocacy and drive others to achieve a set plan.
  • Enjoy interacting directly with customers and learning about their business.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Previous exposure to project management methodology.
  • Ability to solicit requirements, build a plan, and execute against it.
  • Savvy collaborator capable of bringing people together to achieve a goal.
  • Clear and effective communicator capable of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to get configuration right the first time.
  • Demonstrate ability to make positive impactful changes.
  • Flexibility to support international time zones for global customer implementations.
  • Ability to thrive on learning and change in a fast-paced environment.
