About the Role

CACI is seeking a Management Analyst, SME to support a program focused on combating evolving threats, supporting exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. This role also involves integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation, contributing to the U.S. and allies' ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems to ensure Warfighter readiness and future capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and high-level technical guidance for complex defense programs.
  • Oversee the strategic architecture of organizational systems.
  • Interpret high-level policies.
  • Provide technical management for major tasks and technology initiatives.
  • Independently lead organizational studies.
  • Provide expert consultation to senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvements across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Define methodologies for complex data collection and analysis.
  • Analyze organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement development and implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic briefings, technical reports, and management recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Mentor and provide technical direction.
  • Support program management activities, including cost, schedule, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across geographically distributed locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related analytical field.
  • 10 years of minimum experience or 15+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC) are highly valued.
  • Experience with Army or DoD modeling and simulation programs.
  • Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with cost-benefit analysis and financial management in defense contracting.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Experience with LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) environments.
