About the Role

Lead a goal-oriented support services department to create a productive, efficient, and rewarding team environment where people enjoy coming to work and collaborating to achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership that supports a team environment fostering morale, passion, quality, and respect.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments.
  • Perform daily inspections and assessments, and coach and counsel team members.
  • Collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals.
  • Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets.
  • Deliver excellent service and provide service recovery.
  • Manage invoicing, vendor relationships, planning, supplies, status reporting, and contract administration.
  • Proactively identify issues and threats, coordinate with leadership to support service, and communicate with the customer.
  • Prepare for and manage irregular operations and emergency situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service management experience in an operation of equivalent size and scope.
  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities.
  • Experience working in an airport/aviation industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish, is a plus.
  • Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.
