About the Role
The Campus Support Coordinator is a key point of contact on the Ontario Tech Campus, responsible for delivering member services, carrying out engagement activities, and liaising with partners and stakeholders. This position will deliver high-quality service and support across multiple channels, ensuring resolution of all incoming inquiries, adherence to service protocols, and a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to member non-claim inquiries via walk-in, phone, email/case, and chat; resolve issues within SLA.
- Educate members on insurance, wellness, preferred providers, and other programs offered.
- Educate members on enrolment, registration, and claims processes.
- Support members with insurance or wellness related access or claim processes.
- Execute administrative functions, utilizing ticketing system and owning follow-through.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the Account Manager or appropriate department, utilizing ticketing system and owning follow-through.
- Participate in training and calibration sessions to maintain service quality.
- Contribute feedback on process improvements and member pain points.
- Plan and participate in events to promote awareness and engagement with benefit programs.
- Respond to inquiries related to claims status and coverage.
- Utilize appropriate technologies, including contact centre solution, customer relationship management, and internal teams communications tools, office applications, project tools, and ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, member services, or related experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-focused with a commitment to delivering a positive member experience.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A solution and results-oriented individual who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document information and complete administrative tasks.
- The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and provide deliverables in a timely manner.
