About the Role
Actively contribute to the success of People Corporation by providing an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients. Support Plan Administrators and Plan Members with enrolments, changes, and plan updates. Provide administrative support to Client Service Specialists through portal updates, written communications, and ad hoc duties.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team.
- File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate.
- Manage the general email inbox, converting requests onto appropriate platforms.
- Support the portal approvals process for standard transactions.
- Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors.
- Support the month end billing cycle.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
- Support various ad hoc administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry (claims, group administration).
- 2+ years of professional experience working in a client-focused environment with a commitment to service excellence.
- Completion of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Bilingual fluency in both French and English is preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs.
