About the Role
NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own program outcomes from architecture engagement through tape-out and silicon correlation. This role requires engineering literacy, maturity to handle ambiguity, and a drive to improve systems and processes. The ideal candidate will use AI as a force multiplier with demonstrated workflow impact.
Responsibilities
- Own program outcomes end-to-end, leading schedule, achievements, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Manage schedule headroom and surface resource constraints early, being accountable for delivery.
- Prioritize and steer engineering teams on schedule, sequencing work, unblocking paths, and making daily decisions.
- Act as the primary alignment layer across silicon, systems, software, operations, and product.
- Sense and manage technical risks across engineering boundaries, translating them into decision-ready options for leadership.
- Identify execution breakdowns and evolve the operating model to improve successor programs.
- Set a higher standard for program managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); a master's is a plus.
- 10+ years in technical or engineering organizations, with at least 5 years in program management owning multiple complex programs concurrently, ideally in semiconductor, hardware, or complex systems engineering.
- Working understanding of silicon design cycles, verification, and productization.
- Ability to work across the silicon–system–software boundary to spot integration risks and drive resolution.
- Proven track record driving fast development cycles under uncertainty, high visibility, and organizational resistance.
- Analytical capability to quantify risk, build program-health metrics, and use data to surface insights.
- Demonstrated use of AI as a force multiplier with workflow impact.
- Precise, direct, and audience-appropriate communication skills.
