About the Role

We're building live streaming and gaming experiences from the ground up for the Beast community, leveraging AI-first engineering. This is a zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints, offering the chance to shape a product used by millions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship live and game features across the full stack using AI coding tools.
• Take ownership of features end to end, from development through deployment, using AI-facilitated QA processes.
• Write clean, reliable, and performant code with a strong sense of accountability.
• Collaborate with teammates, contributing to a culture of high standards, fast iteration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend.
• Comfort moving between client and server as the product demands.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in at least one backend language (Node.js, Go, Java, Rust, or equivalent) and one frontend framework.
• Genuine interest or experience in live streaming, gaming, or real-time systems.
• Understanding of why latency matters and care for user experience under load.
• Pride in what you ship and follow-through on production issues.
