About the Role
We are seeking a product leader with an AI-first mindset to own the end-to-end client activation experience, focusing on the critical window between contract close and a client's first meaningful outcome. This high-visibility role is central to our Client Experience team, responsible for platform capabilities, AI-powered experiences, and shared services that accelerate client onboarding and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery cadence for AI Activation to drive client time-to-value and platform efficiency.
- Own the product vision for AI-powered activation, including automated onboarding and intelligent setup recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap balancing near-term wins with long-term platform scalability and AI investment.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI/ML in the activation journey for predictive guidance, anomaly detection, and personalized onboarding.
- Own enterprise onboarding capabilities end-to-end, including roster ingestion, identity and access provisioning, and product setup.
- Drive measurable reduction in activation time by eliminating friction in self-serve and assisted setup paths.
- Partner with Go-to-Market and Customer Success to align product setup milestones with commercial success signals.
- Guide the development of foundational, reusable activation services like SSO/third-party integrations and configuration APIs.
- Own client data management across the RDC ecosystem, ensuring consistency and accuracy of account structures and entitlement data.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to define system architectures and data models for complex account structures.
- Define and own activation funnel metrics, including setup completion rates and time-to-activate.
- Partner with Data Science to build predictive models for at-risk activations.
- Use qualitative and quantitative signals to validate and refine the activation experience.
- Serve as the primary product voice for AI Activation to Revenue, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical strategies and AI capabilities into clear, business-outcome-driven narratives for executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Engage and Grow & Renew teams to ensure a seamless handoff from activation to ongoing value delivery.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years in product management, with significant experience in B2B/SaaS, marketplace, or platform environments.
- Experience owning onboarding, activation, or lifecycle products is a strong plus.
- Strong technical background in platform and API products, shared services, data provisioning, identity/access systems, or developer-facing capabilities.
- Experience shaping data models, entity hierarchies, and account structures for complex B2B clients.
- Fluency with AI/ML concepts as they apply to product, including recommendation systems, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and LLM-powered workflows.
- Proven ability to define activation and onboarding funnels, instrument them correctly, identify failure modes, and drive measurable improvement.
- Understanding of how professional partners set up, manage, and scale their business and how product can remove friction.
- Ability to run sprint reviews with engineers and present roadmaps to CROs, ensuring clarity for both audiences.
- Desire to work within a diverse team valuing empathy, intellectual curiosity, and collaboration.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (such as computer science, business, etc.) or equivalent experience.
