About the Role
As a Design Coordinator, you will support the Product Development & Design Team by coordinating sample movement, facilitating meetings, and showroom presentations. This role is key in facilitating and maintaining cross-functional operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Help support weekly Product Development meetings by ensuring all samples are set up for review in a timely manner
- Maintain updated Sample Request Reports, ensuring all samples arrive for milestone meetings and deadlines
- Manage, track, and request all samples between factories, warehouse, and showrooms
- Proactively maintain organized sample spaces, keeping products stored in a manner that fosters a safe environment
- Assist the Merchant and Sourcing teams with their sample-related needs and photo sample check-out list
- Archive all development samples and maintain accurate Archive lists
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to change
- Attention to detail, assertiveness, with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
