About the Role
Tarte Cosmetics is seeking a coordinator to build and maintain strong influencer relationships, supporting the growth of our global influencer program. This role collaborates with PR, events, brand marketing, and creative teams. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about influencer marketing.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and maintain influencer relationships to grow the global influencer program.
- Provide ongoing communication regarding influencer relations and daily activities.
- Build and maintain internal influencer and media databases.
- Grow influencer relationships with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and LTK.
- Creatively brainstorm for mailings, events, and trips.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer mailers.
- Manage all product send-outs for influencers.
- Track all social and media coverage.
- Target up-and-coming influencers and build authentic relationships for consistent content and product support.
- Monitor industry and influencer news.
- Place all product orders and ensure the PR closet is fully stocked.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or PR, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of influencers in the beauty world and other realms.
- Creative, detailed-oriented, effective communication skills.
- Domestic and International travel may be required.
