About the Role

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Clinical Development Coordinator to support the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Clinical Development programs. This role is crucial for establishing frameworks, expectations, and standards for clinician development throughout their careers, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to clinical excellence and workforce development.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, coordinate, and maintain frameworks, workflows, templates, and standardized resources for Clinical Development programs.
  • Translate program goals into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and implementation tools.
  • Maintain program documentation, process maps, resource libraries, and operational standards.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships across the organization to ensure resources are available for clinical development priorities.
  • Support governance routines, progress tracking, stakeholder updates, and escalation pathways.
  • Lead, coordinate, develop, and enhance clinical development programs, including student experience, mentorship, and clinical development program structure.
  • Support the development of structured programs with resources, schedules, feedback tools, and learning opportunities.
  • Partner with clinical stakeholders to support training, readiness, and quality expectations for learning environments.
  • Monitor participant feedback, participation, utilization, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, track, and analyze feedback, participation data, program outcomes, and stakeholder input to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to quality standards, guidelines, policies, dashboards, and training resources.
  • Support continuous improvement cycles by documenting findings, recommending adjustments, and implementing revised workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Excellence team and cross-functional partners to support compliance and program quality.
  • Build strong relationships within Clinical Excellence and with Operational leaders, People/HR partners, and education partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, project trackers, and stakeholder communications.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through written updates, resources, presentations, and stakeholder materials.
  • Represent Ivy Rehab’s commitment to clinical excellence, teammate development, student engagement, workforce sustainability, and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in a health-related field, PT, OT, SLP preferred.
  • Three years post-graduate experience with design or implementation of clinical development programs across a multi-site, distributed healthcare organization located across multiple states.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, graduates, and senior clinicians.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interest in clinical development activities, including clinical education, mentoring, and ongoing clinical development programs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to organize timelines, deliverables, workflows, project trackers, and implementation plans.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within Clinical Excellence and with partners outside the department.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate program goals into clear resources, updates, presentations, and stakeholder-ready materials.
  • Highly organized and task-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent programs and initiatives.
  • Previous experience as a program coordinator, peer mentor, or involvement in clinical education programs.
  • Knowledge of student placement processes and university partnerships.
  • Familiarity with professional standards and accreditation requirements.
