About the Role
Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of its document conversion and enrichment technology. This role is crucial for driving efficiency in litigation review by managing key product areas responsible for document transformations and enrichments.
Responsibilities
- Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working closely with end users, engineering, enablement, sales, and other customer-focused teams.
- Collaborate with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create cohesive enrichment architecture.
- Partner with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and articulate its benefits.
- Ensure customer success by supporting Relativity enablement teams and addressing adoption barriers.
- Connect with customers to understand workflows and needs, validating product approaches.
- Prioritize tasks based on impact and outcomes to solve pressing customer problems.
- Communicate user needs to engineering teams and internal stakeholders to align on product vision.
- Conduct user and competitive research for product(s).
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, deciding on features for the team to build.
- Collaborate with Product Leads to build strategy and goals for product(s).
- Track and report on key product metrics relevant to the domain and expected outcomes.
- Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders, gaining buy-in and resolving conflicts around product vision.
- Work closely with Engineering counterparts to ensure product meets scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards.
- Break down large projects into iterative releases and create implementation plans with measurable results.
- Anticipate and align with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
- Translate validated designs and analysis into story cards with acceptance criteria.
- Develop external and internal facing go-to-market content, including product documentation and release notes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
- Proven experience in product management for developer-facing platform products, preferably spanning native libraries, distributed messaging systems, and workflow orchestration infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile.
- Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.
- Excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.
- A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery.
- Focus on details while maintaining strategy on big picture objectives.
- Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.
