About the Role

This role is responsible for financial analysis and sales/margin reporting for the Milwaukee business, ensuring timely and reliable reporting to support rapid business growth. The position requires interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Margin analysis and forecasting
• P&L analysis or recommendations (program costs, etc.)
• Liaise with various departments with regards to sales and margin, customer deductions/credits, etc.
• Provide information to support monthly and/or yearly accruals
• Annual duties related to budgeting
• Maintain or update templates, presentations, etc.
• Ad hoc reporting or analysis as required

Requirements

• Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
• CPA certification (or near completion)
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset
• Minimal travel required
