About the Role
Ideal Living is seeking a Data Architect to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data systems. This role focuses on database modeling, data integration, platform optimization, and supporting cloud-based environments to drive effective reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise data architecture for internal operational and analytical systems.
- Define and maintain database schemas, logical and physical data models, and data structures.
- Design and analyze data integration and ELT/ETL processes using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
- Review and validate data integration from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Evaluate and refine database development standards.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct data integrity reviews to ensure security and compliance with data privacy requirements.
- Configure, maintain, and support cloud-based database environments, including Citrix Cloud.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into architecture solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field.
- 3 years of work experience in database design and data architecture for internal operational data.
