About the Role

The Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a business leader at The Wall Group in New York. This role requires independent judgment, the ability to interact with senior leaders, and proactive problem-solving to navigate evolving client and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming calls and emails professionally and route them accordingly.
  • Maintain daily communication with artists and oversee their bookings.
  • Create estimates and deal memos.
  • Update artist calendars with booking options.
  • Oversee accounting, including billing and job wrap-ups.
  • Coordinate and manage the manager's travel schedule.
  • Manage artist and assistant schedules during show season.
  • Assist with project execution and track progress and results.
  • Prepare and submit travel and entertainment expense reports promptly.
  • Research industry-related topics for presentations and proposals.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience; direct industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals via phone, email, and in person in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience meeting the needs of a high-level Executive.
  • Ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining poise, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment is preferred.
