Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure community infrastructure remains in optimal condition.
Maintain properties to ensure they are clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
Support multiple sites by staying organized and proactive.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent.
Ability to support multiple Rochester-area properties.
Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts.
