About the Role

Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) support the Aesthetics and Consumables department by handling inbound/outbound calls for order placement and inquiries. CXRs act as first-line representatives, processing transactions, resolving issues, and fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50-100 call interactions per day including inbound and outbound calls for product orders, updates, and delivery status.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve inquiries and meet service levels.
• Partner with sales and other operational departments to provide exceptional customer service and complete order transactions.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment.
• Experience working with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills.
• Associate Degree OR High School Diploma and equivalent relevant experience.

Skills

• SAP experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Business Systems experience preferred.
• Medical Device experience strongly preferred.
• Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.

Experience Level

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience

Education Level

• Associate Degree
• High School Diploma

Salary/Compensations

• USD 16 - USD 29.8 - hourly
