About the Role

Coordinate and oversee RedLion Mobility retail operations in Texas locations, implementing effective processes and practices to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance. Mentor team members, enhance customer service quality, and implement best practices.

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Conduct Store Compliance Visits

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Requirements

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Willingness to travel
