About the Role

As a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant, you will provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to customers to improve their email programs and maximize their use of Braze. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth Teams to develop and refine strategies that benefit both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting and strategy.
  • Service a portfolio of assigned customers with a paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
  • Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices.
  • Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues.
  • Help customers produce schedules for IP warming and monitor their progress.
  • Monitor individual customer email metrics and improve their sending reputation.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of performance quality measurements to ensure continuous customer program improvement.
  • Offer long-term, strategic deliverability planning for high-touch, high-visibility brands sending from the Braze email infrastructure.
  • Take an active role in strategic projects to mature processes, products, thought leadership, or customer education.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills.
  • Three to four years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
  • Well-versed in industry best practices.
  • Proven success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues.
  • Ability to present deliverability findings in a meaningful, consumable format to customers.
  • Polished and articulate ambassador for the team and company.

  • $110,000 - $145,000/year (OTE)
