About the Role

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and ascertain equipment/systems problems.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using technical manuals and other resources.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs.
• Adhere to and implement safety guidelines and procedures.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform physical labor including carrying and moving equipment up to 70 lbs.
• Work in difficult positions such as climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Must be able to follow, read and understand all safety requirements.
