About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to guide our consumer promotional campaigns and engage our consumers. You will execute highly visible consumer campaigns across in-app and CRM channels to drive business growth and work to optimize them through experimentation. Analyze complex data to obtain insights on consumer behavior and design targeted promotions that move key success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch promotional campaigns, including determining the optimal targeting, offer constructs, and in-app surfaces to drive activation, order frequency and retention.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to understand incrementality and optimize the consumer lifecycle.
  • Perform analysis to balance in-campaign incrementality with efficiency, long-term retention and payback.
  • Report on weekly campaign performance, perform deep dives as needed, and work on campaign readouts.
  • Work on cross-functional programs with Strategy & Operations (S&O), CRM, Analytics, Product and Brand Marketing.
  • Solve weekly trends to improve conversion or volume by recommending tactics rooted in data along with surfacing their trade-offs.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in pricing and promotions, growth marketing, marketing analytics, management consulting or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced SQL skills; you can write queries from scratch to pull your own data and glean valuable insights.
  • Experience digging into large data sets to translate data into valuable business insights to make recommendations.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (Mode, Sigma or Tableau).
  • You can see the big picture of “why” and execute at the lowest level of detail to fully achieve the objectives to hit business key metrics.
