Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one orthopedic care and evidence-based exercise programs.
- Bring energy, personality, and exceptional communication to every session.
- Hold yourself accountable: complete documentation on time and maintain strong patient retention.
- Contribute to a fun, team-first environment where growth and integrity come first.
Requirements
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in NY.
- Strong background in strength training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
- Great communicator who connects with patients and teammates.
- High integrity, reliable, and committed to providing a “wow” experience every time.
- 1–3 years of experience preferred (but strong new grads with strength backgrounds welcome!).
