About the Role
The Audit Senior Manager – Financial Services plans, supervises, and reviews multiple complex engagements and client assignments, managing staff and engagements to meet firm metrics. Engagements will primarily service clients within the Financial Services Industry, with periodic assistance on engagements in other industries.
Responsibilities
- Plans, supervises, and reviews multiple and more complex engagements and other client assignments.
- Manages staff and engagements to meet the Firm’s metrics/Operating Plan.
- Periodically assists on client engagements in other industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA with 7+ years of experience in or more of public accounting experience or its equivalent
- Strong relationship management and practice development skills
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
- Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
- Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industries

- $160,000 to $200,000
