About the Role

Excell Marketing is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Retail Account Merchandiser to create exceptional shopping experiences and ensure products are displayed at their best. This role involves independent work, staying active, and seeing direct results.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service visits at multiple retail locations each day
• Unpack, stock, and merchandise products according to company planograms
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
• Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with store management and receiving personnel
• Communicate regularly with management and field service teams through phone, email, text, and video calls
• Represent Excell Marketing with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required to travel to all assigned retail locations within a 75-mile radius
• Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and adequate insurance coverage if driving yourself
• Personal smartphone with an active service plan
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including downloading and using company applications, connecting to Wi-Fi, completing reports, uploading/downloading documents, using email and two-factor authentication, and communicating via text, phone, and video calls
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart frequently
• Ability to perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to frequently bend and stoop
• Ability to occasionally kneel or crawl to access lower shelves
• Ability to use a small step stool to reach higher shelving
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Fine motor skills for tasks like applying pricing labels and placing signage
• Employees are prohibited from purchasing Excell products from any Excell-serviced retailer directly or indirectly
