About the Role

The Distribution Associate will be a valued team member assisting with the distribution of parts as directed by the manufacturer, ensuring orders are filled accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with coworkers and internal stakeholders for excellent service.
• Maintain a daily workflow and prioritize tasks hourly/daily under the direction of the Distribution Lead.
• Receive and process inbound stock & materials, accurately stocking shipments and ensuring proper storage and put-away.
• Accurately pick and fulfill orders efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and efficient production and warehouse environment.
• Maintain working proficiency of the ERP system to search for inventory levels and order information.
• Assist in weekly/bi-weekly cycle counting.
• Consistently maintain attention to detail to avoid errors.
• Comply with United Radio's policies, procedures, and quality systems.
• Promote and adhere to United Radio’s Core Values.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in an environment with moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Ability to work in a moderately to loudly noisy environment.
