About the Role
The Distribution Lead will oversee and assist with the distribution of parts as directed by the manufacturer, ensuring orders are filled accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers, coworkers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate excellent service.
- Establish daily workflow and prioritize tasks on an hourly basis.
- Act as a liaison with the Customer Service Team to ensure timely order delivery, assist with customer inquiries, and monitor/handle customer returns.
- Utilize ERP system to search for inventory levels, order information, and transaction details.
- Collaborate with the Purchaser to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Release and process orders when they are ready for fulfillment.
- Learn and maintain training in all aspects of distribution to assist in any role.
- Ensure adequate resources and materials are available to meet customer needs.
- Receive inbound orders into the ERP system and support the put-away process.
- Comply with United Radio's policies, procedures, and quality systems.
- Perform related duties as requested.

- Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment.

Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts related to probability and statistics.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.
Education Level
- High school diploma or general education (GED).
