About the Role

This role is central to evolving Ramp's implementation and Advisory motion by building a System Integrator (SI) and Advisory channel program from the ground up. You will have ownership over how Ramp partners with System Integrators, Advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops to create a repeatable, high-quality program that grows with Ramp and becomes a core part of customer acquisition and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new System Integrators (SIs), Advisory firms, and boutique consulting shops as partners to grow the referral motion of partners bringing new customers to Ramp.
  • Define how implementation work is routed to System Integrator partners, building qualification criteria and intake logic for sales teams.
  • Develop campaigns, co-branded playbooks, and collateral to drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) engine with partners.
  • Translate program learnings into playbooks, contracts, tooling, and quality assurance infrastructure for scaling the partner network.
  • Develop a holistic strategy to acquire the right partners, grow the partner referral pipeline, and automate processes for a scalable program.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in partnerships, channel operations, or professional services with a track record of building, not just managing.
  • Direct experience scaling a partner delivery or channel program, with fluency in commercial, operational, and technical aspects.
  • Comfortable designing a process from scratch and pressure-testing existing ones.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to accelerate partner referral pipeline, especially with middle-market and lower-market System Integrators (SIs).
  • Analytical skills including building forecasts from imperfect data, pressure-testing assumptions, and using models for decision-making.
  • Natural cross-functional communicator capable of aligning Sales, CS, Finance, and external partners.
  • High agency and a bias toward structure, energized by ambiguity and skilled at resolving it.

About the Company

  • Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends.
  • We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
  • The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
  • We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built.
  • At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
  • The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp.
  • We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
  • If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

  • Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
