About the Role
This position advises and supports managers on human resource actions and international appointments across multiple divisions within the Department of Medicine. It involves developing onboarding procedures, delivering training, and overseeing visa application processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on human resource actions and international appointments across multiple divisions in the Department of Medicine.
- Develop procedures for onboarding new staff and deliver training as a subject matter expert.
- Work closely with all areas of HR, business offices, and faculty.
- Oversee visa application and renewal processes for the specified divisions.
- Develop position-specific onboarding and training programs with supervisors to strengthen introductory and annual reviews for new employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer is made.
