About the Role

Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives, to ensure an extraordinary customer experience. Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events. Receive best-in-class paid training to ensure leadership success and gain experience coaching a team to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Salary/Compensations

• $66,100 - $99,100
• $26,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met
