About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is an executional and operational role responsible for bringing Ivy Hall's marketing strategies to life across digital channels and in-store experiences. This role owns the day-to-day execution of campaigns, content publishing, customer communications, and promotional coordination, ensuring consistent, on-brand delivery across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day customer communications across digital channels.
- Deploy email marketing campaigns and app communications in alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Own and manage the weekly promotional calendar, coordinating promotions, product drops, store announcements, and campaign launches across loyalty channels.
- Coordinate campaign scheduling, messaging, and asset delivery across loyalty and digital platforms.
- Partner with the graphic designer to develop and deliver marketing assets that are on-brand, clear, and compelling.
- Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, and platform best practices, surfacing relevant opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and conversations in line with brand voice and customer experience standards.
- Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaboration logistics.
- Coordinate with the Events Team on upcoming events supporting Ivy Hall retail locations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Support execution of retail promotions, marketing activations, and local store marketing efforts.
- Assist in coordinating marketing materials and assets for in-store experiences and community initiatives.
- Track and compile engagement metrics and campaign performance data for review.
- Provide performance insights and reporting that inform strategy and optimization decisions.
- Maintain organized marketing assets, campaign documentation, and promotional calendars to support team efficiency.
- Support the Marketing Manager and broader team with campaign coordination, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- 2+ years of brand ambassadorship, Public Relations (PR), marketing, events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in social media platforms.
- Cannabis industry or wellness-related experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Office365, Monday.com, and Google tools preferred.
- Comfortable with social media platforms and customer engagement software.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to events and store locations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and when events arise.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during event setup and remain on feet for extended periods.
