About the Role
The Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) team ensures a smooth and exciting end to the customer's auction experience by managing order pick-ups. You will impact the customer experience by providing efficient pick-up appointments and going the extra mile to locate items, demonstrating a fast, focused, and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with order pick-up appointments that are free of long waits.
- Locate items for customers, even when they are not in their designated spots.
- Manage order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Consistent attendance, reliability, and maturity.
- Ability to meet daily targets.
- Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work with little supervision; self-discipline is paramount.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
