About the Role
The FP&A Manager will lead revenue and take rate finance for a core business area, serving as a high-impact financial expert. This role requires deep analytical ownership, strategic influence, and the ability to translate product economics into financial models and narratives for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end revenue and take rate modeling including pricing, volume, product mix, and client segmentation.
- Serve as the internal expert on product economics, including auction mechanics and platform features.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning cycles and present results to leadership.
- Partner with product, commercial, and data teams on revenue-related initiatives, launches, and agreements.
- Design financial models for new products and strategic pricing initiatives to quantify revenue impact.
- Produce executive-quality deliverables for board presentations, QBRs, and CFO briefings.
- Execute special projects including strategic deep-dives and competitive analysis.
- Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members on modeling and communication best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of owning complex revenue models and delivering accurate forecasts.
- Ability to understand product and platform commercial mechanics.
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complexity into clarity.
- High accountability and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
